The American Psychology Association defines a Personality Assessment as; "A proficiency in professional psychology that involves administering, scoring, and interpreting empirically supported measures of personality traits and styles." Personality assessments are becoming the new normal as a part of Business or Organization onboarding. This assessment will help us determine >Increase the accuracy of behavioral predictions. >Ethics, laws, and regulations pertaining to Personality Assessment in general and in particular settings. >Communication of assessment results to different referring individuals and agencies and feedback to clients themselves. Deliverables: >Provision of feedback that is clear, useful, and responsive to the client or patient. >Integration of information from multiple data sources, including personality tests, into coherent and relevant reports that facilitate appropriate interventions and estimate likely outcomes. >Selection, administration, and interpretation of assessment instruments appropriate to specific populations and problems *Personality Assessments must be done in person or video call* *Remember all appointments have a $35.00 appointment fee.*
